สาขาวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศสจัดโครงการภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพือวิชาชีพ
เมื่อวันที่ 9 มกราคม 2569 เวลา 09.00-16.00 น. ณ ห้อง CE 12203 อาคารคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา สาขาวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศส คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อวิชาชีพ ให้กับนิสิตหลักสูตร ศศ.บ. ภาษาฝรั่งเศส และหลักสูตร ศศ.บ. ภาษาฝรั่งเศสและภาษาอังกฤษ รวมถึงผู้สนใจทั่วไป โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิชญ์สินี เสถียรธราดล รองคณบดีฝ่าบบริหารกล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดโครงการ ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรายวิชา 145361 ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว และรายวิชา 145362 ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการโรงแรม โดยมี ดร.สุวรรณา ดลภราดร เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ
โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโอกาสทางอาชีพที่กว้างไกลจากการใช้ภาษาฝรั่งเศส 2. เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและทักษะเฉพาะทางในสายงานการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม และ 3. เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Creative thinking) และปลูกฝังกรอบความคิดแบบผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneurial Mindset)
ทางสาขาฯ ขอขอบพระคุณ คุณศิริวุฒิ ฉ่ำตาก้อง นักวิชาการอิสระด้านภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่ออาชีพ ที่กรุณาเป็นวิทยากร อบรมหัวข้อ “From Classroom to Careers: เมื่อภาษาฝรั่งเศสพาไปได้ไกลกว่าที่คิด” ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์การทำงานที่หลากหลายในสายอาชีพที่ใช้ภาษาฝรั่งเศส รวมถึงได้รับแรงบันดาลใจในการนำภาษาฝรั่งเศสไปต่อยอดสู่การประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ยังให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “From Classroom to Community: ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว บูรณาการความรู้สู่ชุมชน” ซึ่งนิสิตที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา 145361 ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวได้นำเสนอคลิปวิดีโอประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดพะเยาเป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศส ภายใต้ธีมที่แตกต่างกัน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอขายโปรแกรมทัวร์ในจังหวัดพะเยา ระยะเวลา 3 วัน 2 คืน เป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศส แก่วิทยากรและอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบรายวิชา ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างทักษะด้าน การคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์และกรอบความคิดผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนทักษะทางภาษาและความรู้เชิงเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยว
ทั้งนี้ ทางสาขาฯ ขอขอบพระคุณ ดร. สมหมาย รอดแป้น อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ที่กรุณาเป็นวิทยากรอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “From Classroom to Cutlery: ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการโรงแรม จากทฤษฎีสู่ศิลปะการจัดโต๊ะอาหารแบบสากล” ซึ่งนิสิตที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา 145362 ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเพื่อการโรงแรม ได้นำความรู้ภาคทฤษฎีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติจริง ผ่านกิจกรรมการจัดโต๊ะอาหารแบบสากล/แบบฝรั่งเศส
French Program Organizes “French for Professional Purposes” Project
On 9 January 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Room CE 12203, School of Liberal Arts Building, University of Phayao, the French Program, School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao organized the “French for Professional Purposes” project for students enrolled in the B.A. Program in French and the B.A. Program in French and English, as well as interested participants from the general public.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Pitsinee Sathientharadol, Associate Dean for Administration, who delivered the welcoming remarks and officially opened the project. The activity was organized as a co-curricular program and formed part of Course 145361 French for Tourism and Course 145362 French for Hotel Purposes, with Dr. Suwanna Dolparadorn serving as the course instructor and project coordinator.
The objectives of the project were:
to inspire students and enhance their understanding of the broad career opportunities enabled by French language proficiency;
to develop communication skills and professional competencies in the fields of tourism and hospitality; and
to foster creative thinking and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset.
On this occasion, the French Program would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Siriwut Chamtakong, an independent scholar specializing in French for Professional Purposes, for serving as the guest speaker for the lecture entitled “From Classroom to Careers: When French Takes You Further Than You Think.” Participants gained valuable knowledge from the speaker’s diverse professional experiences in French-related careers, as well as inspiration to further develop their French language skills for future employment.
In addition, Mr. Siriwut Chamtakong also conducted a workshop entitled “From Classroom to Community: French for Tourism—Integrating Knowledge into the Community.” Students enrolled in Course 145361 French for Tourism presented promotional video clips introducing tourist attractions in Phayao Province in French under various themes. They also presented and promoted a 3-day, 2-night tour program in Phayao Province in French to the guest speaker and the course instructor. This activity aimed to strengthen students’ creative thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, language skills, and content knowledge related to tourism.
Furthermore, the French Program would like to extend its sincere thanks to Dr. Sommai Rodpaen, a lecturer in the English Program, School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, for conducting a workshop entitled “From Classroom to Cutlery: French for Hotel Purposes—From Theory to the Art of International Table Setting.” Students enrolled in Course 145362 French for Hotel Purposes applied their theoretical knowledge to practice through hands-on activities involving international and French-style table setting.
