On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the Pollution Control Department Region 2 (PPCD 2) conducted a site visit to monitor and evaluate the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER) project at the University of Phayao. The project, titled “Solar Rooftop Project 2.997 MWp of University of Phayao,” was officially registered in 2023.

The School of Energy and Environment assigned Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saksit Imman, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation, to preside over the activity. Asst. Prof. Dr. Nopparat Suriyachai and Dr. Surat Sedpho delivered a briefing and provided operational information. The visit aimed to assess the current status of the project, monitor greenhouse gas reduction performance, and evaluate environmental impact management. Activities included project presentations, discussions, and an on-site inspection of the solar rooftop power generation system.

This monitoring and evaluation play a key role in verifying the project’s effectiveness and supporting sustainable environmental development.

ช่วงบ่ายของวันอังคารที่ 28 เมษายน 2569 สำนักงานสิ่งแวดล้อมและควบคุมมลพิษที่ 2 (สคพ.2) ลงพื้นที่ติดตามและประเมินผลโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจตามมาตรฐานของประเทศไทย (T-VER) ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ภายใต้โครงการ “Solar Rooftop Project 2.997 MWp of University of Phayao” ซึ่งได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเมื่อปี 2566

คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มอบหมายให้ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม รศ.ดร.ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ อิ่มแมน เป็นประธาน และมี ผศ.ดร.นพรัตน์ สุริยะไชย และ ดร.สุรัตน์ เศษโพธิ์ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานและให้ข้อมูลการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ เพื่อตรวจสอบสถานภาพโครงการ ติดตามผลการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก และประเมินการจัดการผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยมีกิจกรรมการนำเสนอข้อมูลโครงการ การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น และการลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์

ทั้งนี้ การติดตามประเมินผลดังกล่าวมีส่วนสำคัญในการยืนยันประสิทธิภาพโครงการ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
