สถาบันนวัตกรรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา (UPITI) ร่วมกับ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีเกษตรและอาหาร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ และ ส่วนจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรม สถาบันวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดกิจกรรม Workshop on Capacity Building of Agricultural Innovation-based Business Incubation Network for Driving BCG Economy to International Level เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ งานมหกรรม อว. แฟร์ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร พิธีเปิดเริ่มเวลา 09.00 น. โดย ดร. กัลย์ กัลยาณมิตร ผู้อำนวยการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีเกษตรและอาหาร กล่าวรายงานและวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน โดยมี นายวัฒจักร พุ่มวิเศษ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ กองส่งเสริมและประสานเพื่อประโยชน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (กปว.) เป็นประธานในพิธี และบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “บทบาทของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในการสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ”

ทั้งนี้ การจัดงานมี มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ร่วมเป็นพันมิตรสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการบ่มเพาะธุรกิจนวัตกรรมเกษตรกับนานาประเทศ โดยเฉพาะความร่วมมือกับฟิลิปปินส์ ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Kenneth A. Laruan อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัย Benguet State University ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ บรรยายหัวข้อ “บทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการในฟิลิปปินส์” และ Atty. Samuel D. Gallardo รองผู้อำนวยการภูมิภาค กรมการค้าและอุตสาหกรรม (DTI) ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ บรรยายในหัวข้อ “บทบาทของ DTI ในการส่งเสริมระบบนิเวศผู้ประกอบการผ่านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ”ช่วงบ่ายเป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “กลยุทธ์ธุรกิจดิจิทัล: การบูรณาการอีคอมเมิร์ซและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ” โดย คุณเกษวรางค์ ใจตุ้ย ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดดิจิทัลอาวุโส บริษัท Grab Taxi Inc. ถ่ายทอดความรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมจากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ในช่วงค่ำมีการจัด Dinner Talk โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณนฤมล ทักษอุดม กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ฮิลล์คอฟฟ์ จำกัด บรรยายหัวข้อ “การร่วมกันสร้างอนาคต : การเดินทางเชิงความร่วมมือระหว่างธุรกิจและการศึกษา” เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับคณะผู้แทนจากฟิลิปปินส์ ก่อนปิดท้ายด้วยการมอบของที่ระลึก
การจัดงานครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในการขับเคลื่อนระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรม และการสร้างเครือข่ายบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการเชิงนวัตกรรมเกษตรในระดับภูมิภาคสู่นานาชาติ ตามแนวทาง BCG Economy ModelCredit
UP ITI Co-Hosts International Workshop to Strengthen Agricultural Innovation-Based Business Incubation Network towards the Global BCG Economy

August 14, 2025 The Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer, University of Phayao (UP ITI), in collaboration with Maejo Agro-Food Park and the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division, Research and Innovation Institute, Mae Fah Luang University, co-organized the Workshop on Capacity Building of Agricultural Innovation-based Business Incubation Network for Driving BCG Economy to International Level at the MHESI Fair, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.

The opening ceremony commenced at 9:00 a.m. with Dr. Kal Kalayanamitra, Director of Maejo Agro-Food Park, presenting the objectives of the workshop. The event was honored by Mr. Watanachak Poomvises, Director of Science Park Administration, Science, Research and Innovation Promotion and Utilization Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote on “The Role of Regional Science Parks in Supporting Entrepreneurs.”

As a key partner of this initiative, the University of Phayao emphasized its mission to strengthen innovation ecosystems and foster regional and international collaboration, particularly with the Philippines, to promote entrepreneurship in the agricultural innovation sector under the BCG Economy Model.

The academic session featured distinguished guest speakers, including Dr. Kenneth A. Laruan, President of Benguet State University, Philippines, who delivered a lecture on “The Role of Universities in Incubating Entrepreneurship in the Philippines”. This was followed by Atty. Samuel D. Gallardo, Assistant Regional Director, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippines, who presented on “The Contribution of the Philippine DTI in Promoting the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem via Academic Partnerships”.

In the afternoon, a workshop on “Digital Business Strategies: Effective Integration of E-commerce and Social Media” was conducted by Ms. Kadwarang Jaitui, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Grab Taxi Inc., who provided both insights and hands-on training for the Philippine participants.
The evening session featured a Dinner Talk, with Ms. Naruemon Taksaudom, Managing Director of Hillkoff Co., Ltd., sharing her perspective on “Co-Creating the Future: A Collaborative Journey of Business and Education”. This dialogue created a platform for knowledge exchange on community-based entrepreneurship development between Thailand and the visiting Philippine delegation. The event concluded with a presentation of souvenirs.
