On August 18–19, 2025, the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), underwent an internal academic quality assessment at the program level, based on the AUN-QA Version 4.0 criteria for the 2024 academic year, covering three study programs. The assessment was held at the SEEN meeting room and was honored by the presence of distinguished external committee members:
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wipawee Dechapanya, Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, serving as the Chairperson,
• Mr. Worrakit Sanpote, and
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Paralee Opasanan, as committee members.
The purpose of the assessment was to gather information that could be used as a tool for monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating internal academic quality at the program level in alignment with quality criteria and higher education program standards. The three assessed programs were:
1. Master of Engineering Program in Energy Management and Innovation, chaired by Dr. Chatkaew Chailuecha
2. Doctor of Philosophy Program in Energy Management and Innovation, chaired by Dr. Surat Sedpho
3. Bachelor of Science Program in Energy and Environmental Management, chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Buran Phansawan
เมื่อวันที่ 18-19 สิงหาคม 2568 คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา รับการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในระดับหลักสูตร ตามเกณฑ์ AUN QA Version 4.0 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 ใน 3 หลักสูตร ณ ห้องประชุมคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยได้รับเกียรติจากคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก รศ.ดร.วิภาวี เดชะปัญญา ผู้ช่วยคณบดีสำนักวิชา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ เป็นประธานกรรมการ อ.วรกฤต แสนโภชน์ และ ผศ.ดร.ปะราลี โอภาสนันท์ เป็นกรรมการ เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการควบคุม ติดตามตรวจสอบ และประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในระดับหลักสูตรให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพและมาตรฐานหลักสูตรระดับอุดมศึกษา ดังนี้
1. หลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการพลังงานและนวัตกรรม ซึ่งมี ดร.ฉัตรแก้ว ชัยลือชา เป็นประธานหลักสูตร
2. หลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการพลังงานและนวัตกรรม ซึ่งมี ดร.สุรัตน์ เศษโพธิ์ เป็นประธานหลักสูตร และ
3. หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งมี ผศ.ดร.บุหรัน พันธุ์สวรรค์
