On May 22–23, 2025, a research team from the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sittichai Pimonsree, head of the Atmospheric Pollution and Climate Change Research Unit (APCC), held a meeting to the Integrated Provincial Water Resource Management Master Plan Project for Phayao Province. The meeting also addressed the expansion of participatory water management efforts to reduce risks, mitigate disasters, and increase income in Phayao and Nan provinces.
The discussions took place in collaboration with a research team from Chulalongkorn University, Nan Province, at University of Phayao. The aim was to integrate cooperation for joint water resource management across the two provinces. The team also conducted field visits in the jurisdiction of Chiang Muan Subdistrict Municipality and participated in a meeting with the Deputy Governor of Phayao Province regarding the implementation of the project.
วันที่ 22-23 พ.ค.68 ทีมนักวิจัย คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา นำโดย รศ.ดร.สิทธิชัย พิมลศรี หัวหน้าทีมวิจัยหน่วยวิจัยมลพิษบรรยากาศและการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศ (APCC) จัดการประชุมหารือ โครงการจัดทำแผนหลักการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำแบบบูรณาการระดับจังหวัดพะยา และการขยายผลการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการน้ำแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อลดเสี่ยง ลดภัย เพิ่มรายได้ จังหวัดพะเยา และจังหวัดน่าน ร่วมกับ ทีมนักวิจัยจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จังหวัดน่าน ณ ห้องประชุม SEEN 1204 ม.พะเยา เพื่อบูรณาการความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการน้ำในเขตพื้นที่สองจังหวัดร่วมกัน โดยมีการลงพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของเทศบาลตำบลเชียงม่วน และเข้าร่วมประชุมกับรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพะเยา ในแผนการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวฯ อีกด้วย
