Young Smart Farmers into Specialty Coffee Leaders: LAMPANG TASTY CAFE#2
University of Phayao Joins “Lampang Tasty Café #2” to Promote Specialty Coffee Entrepreneurship. On May 14, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornporn Nuangmek, Dean of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, along with Dr. Boonruam Khidka, deputy Dean for Policy and Organizational Development, represented the University of Phayao at “Lampang Tasty Café #2”—a knowledge exchange platform aimed at expanding the research project "Developing the Next Generation of Farmers into Specialty Coffee Entrepreneurs.”
Held at Central Plaza Lampang, the event showcased collaboration between the University of Phayao and Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, supported by funding from the Agricultural Research Development Agency (ARDA).
The initiative builds networks between model farmers and aspiring young farmers—encouraging them to develop Thai specialty coffee, promote sustainability, and become smart farmers and future agri-entrepreneurs. Highlights included Q Grader evaluations, coffee cupping, business matching, and expert sessions by Big Bag Box, Roasted Flavors, and specialty coffee professional Mr. Tosthep Tanprapat.

วันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2568 ผศ.ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พร้อมด้วย ดร.บุญร่วม คิดค้า รองคณบดีฝ่ายนโยบาย และพัฒนาองค์กร เข้าร่วมงาน Lampang Tasty Cafe#2 เวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เพื่อขยายผลโครงการวิจัย "การพัฒนาทายาทเกษตรสู่ผู้ประกอบการกาแฟพิเศษ" (Specialty coffee) ในพื้นที่โครงการพระราชดำริ จ.เชียงใหม่ ณ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลลำปาง โดย คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ร่วมวิจัยกับคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่
โครงการฯ นี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากสำนักงานพัฒนาการวิจัยการเกษตร (องค์การมหารมหาชม) โดยเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เพื่อขยายผลโครงการวิจัย โดยสร้างเครือข่ายทายาทเกษตรกรจากต้นแบบ (แม่ไก่) ในปีนี้ สู่ทายาทเกษตรกรที่สนใจ (ลูกไก่) เน้นเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อันเนื่องมาจากโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจกับเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ที่เป็นทายาทเกษตรกรที่จะพัฒนากาแฟคุณลักษณะพิเศษของไทยให้พัฒนา และเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนจากการส่งต่อรุ่นสู่รุ่น ในการพัฒนาทายาทเกษตรเป็น Smart Farmer และพัฒนาเป็นผู้ประกอบการในอนาคต ภายในงานมีกิจกรรม Q Grader การประเมินการให้คะแนนกาแฟ คุณลักษณะพิเศษของเกษตรกร กิจกรรม Cupping กาแฟ และ Business Matching และทีมผู้เขี่ยวขาญการพัฒนา Specialty coffee จาก บริษัท Big Bag Box บริษัท Roasted Flavors และผู้เขียวชาญด้านกาแฟ คุณลักษณะพิเศษ (คุณทศเทพ ตันประพัฒน์)
