On January 8, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, Dean of the School of Education, along with Dr. Sunthon Klai-Um, Associate Dean for Administration and Student Quality Development, Dr. Numfon Gunma, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Dr. Watchara Jatuporn, Associate Dean for Research and Regional Academic Services, and Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean for Special Affairs and Global Communication, Ms. Matika Lerdpathama, Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Educational Quality Assurance, along with faculty members, heads office, department leaders, and support staff, organized an activity to promote good governance and ethics among its staff. This was conducted under the framework of modern, high-quality administrative management principles at M2 Hotel Waterside in Phayao Province and online via Microsoft Teams.
Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, Dean of the School of Education, introduced operational guidelines aligned with the “No Gift Policy” and reviewed the Code of Ethics of the University of Phayao (2021) to foster awareness and understanding among administrators, program chairs, faculty members, and support staff of the School of Education.
This initiative also aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and cultivate a culture of governance and work practices based on good governance principles. It emphasized the importance of being an organization that operates with honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability—prohibiting the acceptance of gifts, gratuities, or any form of benefits in the performance of duties.
