Dr.Wassana Naku, deputy dean for academic affairs and quality assurance, school of engineering university of Phayao participated in the "Devorohana Alms-Giving Ceremony 2024 and the promotion of ethics and good governance" The event was organized by the general affairs university of Phayao, school of political and social sciences university of Phayao, Phra Ubalee temple, and the Mae Ka community on October 18, 2024, at Phra Ubalee temple, Phayao.
The ceremony was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Direk Teeraputon, vice president for corporate communications at university of Phayao. In the event, monks delivered a sermon on the history and significance of the Thot Kathin Day and received offering of foods from people surrounding the area. This event was part of preservation and promotion for the cultural tradition of Devorohana alms-giving. Additionally, it served as an integrated relationship among the university, the temple, and local communities.
