On 7 July 2026, the School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA) and the School of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the University of Phayao jointly welcomed executives, faculty members, and staff from the Graduate School of Communication and Management Innovation, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) for the "NIDA COMMI AI Marketing Innovation EP.2" program, held at UB002, the 99th Anniversary Building of Phra Ubali Khunupamachan (Puang Dhammapanyo), University of Phayao.
The event was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Tanyatip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts, and Assistant Professor Dr. Pornthep Rojanavasu, Dean of the School of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), together with executives, faculty members, staff, and students from both schools. They warmly welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Asawin Nedpogaeo, Dean of the Graduate School of Communication and Management Innovation, NIDA, and his delegation for an academic exchange aimed at strengthening collaboration in communication, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The program featured a special lecture titled "Applying AI for Digital Communication Entrepreneurship, Content Creation, Prompt Engineering, and AI Tools for Research," delivered by Miss Apisara Yuttaroj, a lecturer in the Department of Performing Arts and Creative Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and an alumna of NIDA's Graduate School of Communication and Management Innovation. The session provided practical insights into applying AI in communication, marketing, and research, equipping participants with essential skills for learning and working in an AI-driven era.
The event also served as an important platform for fostering academic collaboration between the University of Phayao and NIDA through knowledge exchange, curriculum development, collaborative research, and future academic initiatives. This partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to enhancing educational excellence, promoting innovation, and preparing graduates with the competencies needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven future.
