Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sittichai Pimonsree and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerachai Amnuaylojaroen, experts in climate change and environmental studies from the School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao, served as guest speakers at a training workshop on the fundamentals and applications of climate projection data. They also participated in the launch of a web-based platform providing climate projection data to support practical climate change risk assessment in Thailand.

The training was organized by the Climate Change and Environmental Research Center on 6 March 2026 at Aree Samphan Meeting Room, Department of Climate Change and Environment, and was also conducted online. The event attracted more than 500 participants, including representatives from Climate Change and Biodiversity Coordination Centers, academics, and stakeholders from government and private sectors nationwide.
