School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao convened a committee meeting to determine the reference price and to draft the Terms of Reference (TOR), including construction specifications, for the landscape improvement project surrounding the School. The meeting was held on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, at the meeting room of the School of Architecture and Fine Arts, University of Phayao. The purpose of the meeting was to establish the reference price and prepare a comprehensive draft TOR in accordance with governmental procurement regulations.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Sittiporn Suwanmitr, Associate Dean for Student Quality Development and Special Affairs, served as Chairperson of the committee. Together with the appointed committee members, he reviewed the detailed construction specifications, ensured that the reference price was determined in compliance with relevant governmental rules and procedures, and formulated a clear and comprehensive draft TOR to serve as an effective framework for the procurement process.

The landscape improvement project aims to enhance the physical environment surrounding the School by creating an orderly, aesthetically pleasing, and academically supportive setting. The initiative also seeks to provide additional collaborative learning spaces for students, promote lifelong learning, and support staff performance. Ultimately, the project is expected to elevate the overall quality of the learning environment and strengthen the School’s institutional image in the long term.
