On January 27, 2026, Dr. Poramate Sittisun, a lecturer at the School of Energy and Environment - SEEN, University of Phayao, and head of the project “Enhancing the Capacity of Local Rice Cracker Products through Drying and Packaging Innovations toward the Sustainable Development Goals,” received a Silver Award at the 15th Phayao Research National Academic Conference.

The award-winning work resulted from field-based activities to support a community enterprise engaged in fish farming and fish processing in the Yian River Basin, Ban Mai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phayao Province. The project focused on improving and developing production, processing, and packaging processes by promoting an infrared drying system tailored to the community’s needs. This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8, which aims to promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.

วันที่ 27 ม.ค. 2569 ดร.ปรเมษฐ์ สิทธิสันติ์ อาจารย์ประจำคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา หัวหน้าโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวตังท้องถิ่นด้วยนวัตกรรมการอบแห้งและบรรจุภัณฑ์สู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน เข้ารับรางวัล ระดับ Silver ในงานประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติพะเยาวิจัย ครั้งที่ 15 จากการลงพื้นที่ส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนเลี้ยงปลาและแปรรูปปลาลุ่มน้ำเหยี่ยน ต.บ้านใหม่ อ.เมือง จ.พะเยา เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต รวมถึง กระบวนการบรรจุภัณฑ์และแปรรูป ด้วยการส่งเสริมพัฒนาระบบอบแห้งแบบอินฟราเรด ให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการที่เหมาะสมของกลุ่ม ตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน SDG8 ที่ส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจที่ต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุม และยั่งยืน การจ้างงานเต็มที่และการมีงานที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับทุกคน
