The School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), would like to congratulate and warmly welcome Mr. Phumipat Thepmanee, a third-year undergraduate student in the Dual Degree Program (Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering).

He has just returned from representing Thai youth as a student delegate of Thailand in the SEED Thailand x China Rising Leader Program 3, a study visit and leadership development project supported by the King Prajadhipok’s Institute Student Foundation for Society in collaboration with the Government of the People’s Republic of China, held during October 21 – November 3, 2025.

คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา ขอแสดงความยินดี และขอต้อนรับ นายภูมิพัฒน์ เทพมณี นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีคู่ขนาน 2 ปริญญา (หลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม และหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม) ชั้นปีที่ 3 ที่ได้เดินทางกลับจากการเป็นตัวแทนนิสิตผู้แทนเยาวชนประเทศไทย เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน โครงการ SEED Thailand x China Rising Leader Program 3 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก มูลนิธินักศึกษาสถาบันพระปกเกล้าเพื่อสังคม ร่วมกับ รัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ในระหว่างวันที่ 21 ต.ค.68 - วันที่ 3 พ.ย.68
