On October 16, 2025, the Bachelor of Engineering Program in Civil Engineering, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, organized the “Civil Engineering Project Seminar” at rooms EN4406 and EN3304 in the School of Engineering building. The event was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somboon Shaingchin, Chairperson of the Civil Engineering Program, together with School members, and attended by fourth-year civil engineering students.

The seminar aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their academic achievements and professional competencies through project presentations that demonstrate their cumulative learning outcomes. These include abilities in engineering design, structural analysis, technological application, and systematic problem-solving—all of which are essential attributes of a competent civil engineer.

Through the oral presentation format, students were encouraged to present their research ideas, project methodologies, and implementation results in a professional and academic manner. This process not only strengthened their technical communication and analytical skills but also served as vital preparation for their future roles in the engineering profession.

Moreover, the seminar fostered collaborative learning and knowledge integration between students and School members. It served as a valuable academic platform that encouraged constructive feedback, creative thinking, and innovation.
