During July 30–31 and August 1 , 4 - 5 2025, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, conducted the Internal Quality Assessment at the program level for the Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering programs in Civil Engineering. The assessment was attended by the program chairs, together with Asst. Prof. Dr Wasana Naku, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, and faculty members from the Civil Engineering program. The assessment took place in meeting room EN1104 at the School of Engineering.

The School was honored to welcome Asst. Prof. Dr. Sunthon Khlaium, Associate Dean for Administration and Student Quality Development, School of Education, University of Phayao, as Chair of the Evaluation Committee, and Mr. Datsun Somerchue, lecturer from School of Business and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, as a qualified committee member.

The purpose of this assessment was to evaluate the performance of the programs in alignment with the academic quality assurance standards. It also aimed to promote continuous development and improvement of the curriculum—covering areas such as course content, instructional methods, assessment processes, and program management—to ensure the production of high-quality graduates who meet the needs of both society and the industrial sector.
