ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ร่วมพิธี ครบรอบ 15 ปี วันสถาปนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2568 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ สุวิทย์ ปัญญาวงศ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์ และอาจารย์ ณัฐวุฒิ สมยาโรน ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี และ ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก รักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้างานและบุคลากร เข้าร่วมพิธีวางพานพุ่ม เนื่องในโอกาสวันครบรอบ 15 ปี วันสถาปนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เพื่อรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ และแสดงความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ณ หอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
พิธีวันสถาปนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จะจัดขึ้นวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม ของทุกปี ซึ่งถือเป็นวันมหามงคล เนื่องจากพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ทรงกรุณาโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อม สถานปนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และถือเป็นโอกาสในการน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันยิ่งใหญ่ขององค์สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช ผู้ทรงคุณูปการต่อแผ่นดินไทย สร้างขวัญกำลังใจ และเสริมความเป็นสิริมงคลให้กับผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao Participates in the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the University's Founding
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape; Assistant Professor Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President; and Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Acting Director of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, along with department heads and staff, participated in the wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the founding of the University of Phayao. The ceremony was held to honor the royal benevolence and express loyalty to the monarchy at Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium, University of Phayao.
The University of Phayao Founding Day is celebrated annually on July 17, a highly auspicious occasion marking the gracious royal approval by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej for the establishment of the University of Phayao. It is also an opportunity to pay tribute to the great benevolence of King Naresuan the Great, who made significant contributions to the Thai nation. The event serves to inspire and bring auspiciousness to the university’s executives, staff, and students.
