On May 24, 2025, Mr. Krisana Wiratkasem, a support staff, from the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), served as a speaker for a life skills enhancement program focused on drowning prevention for school-aged children in year 2025. The event was held at Pong Ratchadapisek School, Pong, Phayao, in collaboration with the network of Instructors NATEE Phayao and organized by the Sob Kham Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital.
The program was well attention by a total of 49 students from Ban na-om School and Pong Ratchadapisek School, grades 4, 5, 6, and Mathayom 1 (Grade 7).
The morning session included lectures on water-related risks and disasters, survival skills, principles of assisting water-related accident victims, and basic life-saving techniques.
The afternoon session consisted of practical training in floating and swimming for survival, as well as the use of rescue equipment based on the principles of "shout, throw, and reach."
เมื่อวันที่ 24 พ.ค.68 นายกฤษณะ วิรัตน์เกษม พนง.สายสนับสนุน คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ในโครงการเสริมทักษะชีวิต เฝ้าระวังป้องกันการจมน้ำในเด็กวัยเรียน ปี งปม.2568 ณ โรงเรียนปงรัชดาภิเษก จ.พะเยา ร่วมกับเครือข่ายครูฝึก(นที) จ.พะเยา โดยมี รพสต.สบขาม เป็นเจ้าของโครงการ ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านนาอ้อม และโรงเรียนปงรัชดาภิเษก ระดับชั้น ป.4-5-6 และ ม.1 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 49 คน อย่างดีเยี่ยม
ในภาคเช้า เป็นการบรรยายให้ความรู้ความเสี่ยงและภัยพิบัติทางน้ำ ทักษะการเอาตัวรอด หลักการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยทางน้ำ และทักษะการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน
ภาคบ่าย เป็นการฝึกปฏิบัติทักษะการลอยตัวและการว่ายน้ำเพื่อเอาตัวรอด รวมถึงการใช้อุปกรณ์ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยทางน้ำ ตามหลักการตะโกน โยน ยื่น
