ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สันธิวัฒน์ พิทักษ์พล ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันนวัตกรรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี หารือร่วมกับ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารคณะ ประกอบด้วยรองคณบดีและประธานหลักสูตรทุกหลักสูตรของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ เพื่อวางแผนเตรียมการจัดตั้งบริษัทร่วมทุนภายใต้ University Holding Company ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำผลงานวิจัย ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ผลิตภัณฑ์จากงานวิจัย และความเชี่ยวชาญของอาจารย์ในคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ พัฒนาไปสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์เขิงพาณิชย์ และยกระดับเศรษฐกิจของชุมชนภาคเหนือตามวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา คือมหาวิทยาลัยสร้างปัญญา เพื่อนวัตกรรมชุมชนสู่สากลอย่างยั่งยืน
Assistant Professor Dr. Santiwat Pithakpol, Director of the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer discussed with Assistant Professor Dr. Wiphonphan Nueangmek, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao along with the faculty executive team consisting of the deputy dean and program chairs of all programs in the Faculty of Agriculture, to plan and prepare for the establishment of a joint venture company under the University Holding Company of the University of Phayao. This meeting propose of bringing research results, intellectual property, research products and expertise of researchers in the faculty of agriculture to develop into commercial products and to raise the economic level of northern communities according to the vision of the University of Phayao which is a university that creates wisdom for community innovation to reach international sustainability.
