UP signing MOU on academic, research, and academic service cooperation with JGSEE and Chiang Rai Provincial Agricultural Office.

On July 30, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anusorn Boonpoke, Deputy Dean for Administration and Strategy at the School of Energy and Environment - SEEN, University of Phayao - UP, was assigned by the Dean to participate in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic, research, and academic service cooperation with the Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE) at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, the represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirintornthep Towprayoon, the project leader, and the Chiang Rai Provincial Agricultural Office, represented by Lt. Dujdeaw Wongpak, the Chiang Rai provincial agriculture officer. They also held a meeting to discuss the implementation of the objectives in a tangible manner at the same event.

The key content of the MOU outlines the objectives for fostering collaboration in the areas of academics, research, and academic services among the three organizations. The aim is to develop the agricultural and environmental sectors by leveraging the expertise of all parties involved and promoting key policies to enhance the efficiency of resource management systems in agriculture, the environment, and energy. This will be achieved by transferring research findings, knowledge, technology, and innovations to both public and private sector users. The MOU also supports managing and addressing developments and challenges in agriculture, environment, and energy in a sustainable manner.

วันที่ 30 ก.ค. 2567 ที่ผ่านมา ผศ.ดร.อนุสรณ์ บุญปก รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและยุทธศาสตร์ คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา ได้รับมอบหมายจากคณบดีเพื่อเข้าร่วมพิธีการลงนามความร่วมมือ (MOU) ว่าด้วยความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการ วิจัย และบริการวิชาการ ร่วมกับ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยร่วมด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม (JGSEE) มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี โดยมี รศ. ดร.สิรินทรเทพ เต้าประยูร –หัวหน้าโครงการ เป็นตัวแทน และสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมี ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ดุจเดี่ยว วงศ์ภักดิ์ เกษตร จ.เชียงราย เป็นตัวแทน พร้อมทั้งร่วมประชุมหารือแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ให้สำเร็จและเป็นรูปธรรมในงานเดียวกันนี้

เนื้อหาสำคัญใน MOU ได้ระบุวัตถุประสงค์ในการสร้างความร่วมมือในด้านวิชาการ วิจัย และบริการวิชาการ ของทั้งสามหน่วยงาน เพื่อการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยอาศัยความเชี่ยวชาญของบุคลากรทุกฝ่าย และผลักดันนโยบายที่สำคัญในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางการเกษตร สิ่งแวดล้อม และพลังงาน จากข้อมูลผลงานวิจัย องค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสู่ผู้ใช้ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวมถึงสนับสนุนการจัดการรับมือกับการพัฒนาความเปลี่ยนแปลง และเร่งแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านการเกษตร สิ่งแวดล้อม และพลังงานอย่างยั่งยืน
