On January 16, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso and Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, the Assistant Dean, participated in the opening ceremony of the UP Book Fair 2024, the 11th Book Fair for Learning that was arranged by the Library and Learning Center, Innovative Learning Institute, University of Phayao, during January 15–19, 2024, at the G floor, Innovative Learning Institute building, University of Phayao. It was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, who was the president of the project and led the administrators' team to visit the book sales booth and purchase books through the book credit system. This project was organized to allow lecturers, personnel, and students to participate in purchasing books and other information resources for the Library and Learning Center to support teaching and learning and further study and research by students, lecturers, and personnel.
