BCA executives lead the personnel team in reviewing and improving the strategic plan at Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province.

Assistant Professor Dr. Prakobsiri Phakdeepinit, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts, led the personnel team to review and improve the school's strategic plan at Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province. The event was held between 24 and 26 May 2023. The first training day involved discussions on the current situation of the school in complying with the university’s policy and directions, financial and performance reports for the fiscal year 2023, and the school’s management direction on management, academic, research, and services, student development, corporation relations, and global engagement for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The school’s plan for implementing the green office was also discussed. The school’s strategic development plan with critical indicators under the university’s policy was reviewed and discussed. The training also linked the department’s projects with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and AUN QA. Moreover, the training addressed using an E-Budget budget management system and guidelines for disbursement regulations.

 

The second training day involved knowledge sharing on Educational Quality Criteria for Execution Excellence (EdPEx) and Assessment of integrity and transparency in operations of government agencies (Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA). The training day concluded with brainstorming sessions on identifying the vision and mission of the school as well as crucial skills in establishing BCA student identities with entrepreneurial and professional communication skills.
