SEEN has initiated a project to enhance the personnel potential of the School of Energy and Environment. From May 25 to May 28, 2023, the School, under the leadership of Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Torpong Kreetachat, along with the School staff, actively participated in the personnel development project at the serene Cruises The Pool Access Hotel in Rayong Province. The project encompassed a range of activities aimed at fostering growth and strengthening bonds within the School.
On May 26, 2023, in the morning session, the participants had the privilege of attending a special lecture on the subject of "Comparison of benefits and welfare among autonomous universities" delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekasiddh Wongrat, Head of the University of Phayao Staff Council. In the afternoon, they had the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Torpong Kreetachat, shedding light on the impact of world rankings on the University of Phayao.
The following day, May 27, 2023, commenced with a morning session featuring a special lecture titled "Developing a modern organization towards excellence with EdPEx 2024" delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Somkid Juwa, Dean of the School of Public Health. Subsequently, the participants received enlightening lectures on the preparation guidelines for EdPEx SAR criteria and the significance of the Organizational Profile. These sessions were led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Anusorn Boonpoke, the Vice Dean for Administration and Strategy. In the afternoon, a distinguished ceremony was held to recognize and appreciate the noteworthy contributions of the School of Energy and Environment personnel.
Through organizing this comprehensive activity, these not only strengthened internal relationships but also gained a deeper understanding of their shared mission and vision.

วันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2566 ในช่วงเช้า: รับฟังการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ "การพัฒนาองค์กรยุคใหม่สู่ความเป็นเลิศด้วย EdPEx 2024" โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมคิด จูหว้า คณบดีคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ และการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการจัดทำรายงานประเมินตนเอง EdPEx ความสำคัญของโครงร่างองค์กร”
กิจกรรมช่วงบ่าย: พิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่บุคลากรคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม
ซึ่งในการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ภายในหมู่คณะ และได้รับทราบถึงพันธกิจและการดำเนินงานให้ถึงเป้าหมายของคณะร่วมกัน
