The School of Nursing, the University of Phayao had conducted the annual workshop seminar with the theme: ‘enhancement of good organizational value and culture’, last 20th-22nd May 2023 at Chiangkhong Teak Garden Riverfront Hotel, Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai. The purposes of the project were to boost effective team building, increase coordination and collaboration, and create work happiness of the School staff, which contribute to the achievement of organization vision and goals. The participants were the School’s administrative team, academic staff, and support staff. The opening speech was given by the Dean of School of Nursing, Asst. Prof. Dr. Dao Wiengkham. She also presented the 20-year Development Excellence Plan for the School of Nursing. On the first day, the team building workshop entitled ‘Get Ready to Move Forward with Unity’ was headed by Mr. Winai Yeephen and his team while on the second and the third days, review of the annual action plan of the fiscal year 2023 was done.
