On Saturday, 11 July 2026, the Academic Affairs Unit of the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao, organized the Occupational Safety and Basic First Aid Training Program under the School's Fiscal Year 2026 Action Plan. The training was attended by 150 second- and third-year undergraduate students.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Wanawan Pragot, Assistant Dean, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Supreeda Homklin, Mr. Chaiwat Photong, and SEEN staff serving as coordinators and facilitators throughout the training program.
The program aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills in occupational safety, accident prevention, and basic emergency response. It also prepared students to respond effectively to emergency situations while enhancing their readiness for laboratory work, field practice, and future careers in engineering and environmental professions.
The training covered three key topics: Fire Prevention and Basic Firefighting, Disaster and Natural Hazard Preparedness, and Emergency Evacuation and Emergency Management. These sessions emphasized safety awareness, accident risk reduction, and the development of practical emergency response skills. Students were encouraged to apply the knowledge gained not only in their academic studies and internships but also in their future professional careers.
This initiative reflects the School of Energy and Environment's commitment to developing graduates who are well equipped with both academic knowledge and essential 21st-century competencies. In particular, the program promotes a strong Safety Culture and strengthens students' preparedness for emergency situations—key attributes for future engineering and environmental professionals who are ready to meet the demands of their professions with competence and responsibility.
เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 งานวิชาการ คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัด โครงการอบรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น ภายใต้แผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 150 คน โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.วนาวัลย์ ปรากฎ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุปรีดา หอมกลิ่น อาจารย์ชัยวัฒน์ โพธิ์ทอง และบุคลากรของคณะ ร่วมอำนวยความสะดวกและกำกับการฝึกอบรมตลอดกิจกรรม
โครงการจัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน การป้องกันและควบคุมอุบัติเหตุเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนเตรียมความพร้อมให้นิสิตสามารถรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ อันเป็นการส่งเสริมความพร้อมสำหรับการเรียนในห้องปฏิบัติการ การฝึกปฏิบัติงาน และการประกอบวิชาชีพด้านวิศวกรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในอนาคต
การอบรมประกอบด้วยหัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่ การป้องกันอัคคีภัยและการดับเพลิงเบื้องต้น การเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติและภัยธรรมชาติ และ การอพยพหนีภัยและการจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน โดยเน้นการสร้างความตระหนักด้านความปลอดภัย การลดความเสี่ยงจากอุบัติเหตุ และการพัฒนาทักษะการปฏิบัติตนเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพื่อให้นิสิตสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสมทั้งในชีวิตประจำวัน ระหว่างการศึกษา การฝึกงาน และการประกอบวิชาชีพในอนาคต
โครงการดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการพัฒนานิสิตให้มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านวิชาการและทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเฉพาะการสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย (Safety Culture) และการเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ซึ่งเป็นคุณลักษณะสำคัญของบัณฑิตด้านวิศวกรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีคุณภาพและพร้อมปฏิบัติงานในระดับวิชาชีพ
