The School of Engineering, University of Phayao, represented by Ms. Phimphaka Kaewsar, Head of the Office, participated in the Ethics, Integrity, and Transparency Promotion Program under the University of Phayao’s Good Governance Framework on 11 May 2026 at the CE Lecture Building, University of Phayao. The program, organized by the Division of Legal Affairs, University of Phayao, was held under the theme: “Promoting Ethics and Integrity alongside the Implementation of the No Gift Policy and Compliance with Ethical Asset Acceptance Regulations.”
The program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of ethics, moral conduct, and good governance principles, while also raising awareness of the No Gift Policy and appropriate practices regarding the acceptance of assets or other benefits based on ethical considerations in a manner that is transparent, fair, and accountable.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Watcharan Khamma, Senior Inquiry Officer from the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), Region 5, who served as the keynote speaker. The lecture covered several significant topics, including “Ethical Principles and Moral Standards for University of Phayao Personnel,” “Concepts and Significance of the No Gift Policy and Proper Practices: Accept – Decline – Report Correctly,” and “The Principle of Ethical Acceptance: Definitions and Practical Interpretation.”
This participation reflects the School of Engineering’s strong commitment to fostering an organizational culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and good governance, while advancing the institution toward operational excellence and strengthening public trust among society and stakeholders.
