Engineering Marks Year-End with Staff Bonding Initiative
to Strengthen Teamwork and Organizational Culture
    

School of Engineering, University of Phayao, organized the Staff Bonding and Morale Enhancement Project to foster unity, mutual understanding, and collective energy in advancing School’s mission. The event was held on Thursday, 25 December 2025, at the activity area behind Buildings EN 3–4, School of Engineering, University of Phayao.

The project was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Nattapong Damrongwiriyanupap, Dean of School of Engineering, and was attended by School’s executive team, academic staff, laboratory instructors, and support personnel. The event was conducted in a warm and collegial atmosphere, reflecting the strong sense of collaboration and shared commitment among personnel from all sectors in jointly advancing School in a unified and strategic direction.

As part of the program, the executives and staff observed a moment of silence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, demonstrating profound respect and gratitude for Her immeasurable grace, as well as a continued commitment to the ethical values and cultural heritage of Thai society. This was followed by a briefing on School’s policies and strategic directions in alignment with its strategic plan. Participants also viewed a video presentation highlighting key achievements and activities of School over the past year, providing an overview of collective accomplishments, dedication, and cross-sector collaboration.

In addition, the event provided an open forum for personnel to engage in constructive dialogue, exchange perspectives, share feedback, and raise questions related to collaborative work practices. This participatory approach underscored School’s emphasis on open communication and inclusive organizational development.

The organization of this project serves as a significant mechanism for enhancing staff morale, strengthening organizational commitment, and fostering a positive institutional culture within School of Engineering. These outcomes are expected to contribute to the continued development of personnel capacity and to support School in achieving its vision and strategic objectives effectively and sustainably in the years ahead.
