School of Liberal Arts Wins Six Awards at Show and Share UP KM 2025
On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chittima Kaweera, Dean of the School, along with school executives and staff, participated in the Show and Share UP KM 2025 event held at the Muang Phayao Conference Room, Information Technology Building, University of Phayao.
The event was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao. The program featured presentations of selected works aligned with the university’s strategic focus areas, namely:
1. Lifelong Learning Environment
2. World Recognition
3. Sustainable Development
The event aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge and Best Practices for advancing the university’s core missions. It also included the annual BMI Challenge, which recognized individuals and departments promoting well-being in the workplace.
The School of Liberal Arts actively contributed by presenting several notable projects, including:
1. Best Practice in International Research Publication (Humanities and Social Sciences):

As a result of its contributions, the School of Liberal Arts received six prestigious awards, as follows:
1. Best Practice Award – World Recognition in the category of Flagship Publication (Humanities and Social Sciences)
2. Best Practice Award – Implementation of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) for staff
3. Best Practice Award – Lifelong Learning Environment: Student Speaking Skills Enhancement System
4. Best Practice Award – Lifelong Learning Environment: Advisor Management System for Student Mental Health
5. First Runner-Up – Workplace Well-being Promotion (Category 1: Organizations with 71 or more staff)
6. Second Runner-Up – Workplace Well-being Promotion (Individual), Male under 40 categories: Mr. Bulin Yuayuan, Academic Officer
