Suwon, South Korea – From 15 to 16 August 2025, students and School members from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, participated in the ASHRAE Region XIII 28th Chapters Regional Conference (CRC) 2025 under the theme “Healthy, Sustainable, and Energy-Efficient Buildings with the Decarbonized Energy Network”
The delegation was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nopparat Katkhaw and Dr. Rachaneewan Angkoolabut, accompanied by four undergraduate students: Mr. Ekkapol Promma, Ms. Pemika Rajakom, Ms. Thitiyaporn Chanthrasinghan, and Ms. Kantheera Panya.
As a recognized Student Branch member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the University of Phayao is committed to advancing knowledge in HVAC engineering. Participation in this international forum provided students with valuable opportunities to learn about the latest air-conditioning technologies, exchange academic insights, and build professional connections with peers and experts from across the globe.
This experience not only strengthened the students’ technical expertise but also enhanced their global competency, preparing them for future careers in mechanical engineering.
