On August 6, 2025, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, organized a strategic planning workshop at Happy Garden. The session was led by Associate Professor Dr. Natthapong Damrongwiriyanupap, Dean of the School of Engineering, along with the School’s executive team, program chairs, lecturers, and staff members.

   The workshop aimed to review past performance and gather insights to set the strategic direction for the School’s future development. Key areas of focus included enhancing the quality of education, advancing staff potential, fostering impactful research and innovation, and strengthening support for engineering students and graduates.

   Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the discussions emphasized Quality Education (SDG 4), Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG 9), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). This initiative reflects the School’s commitment to elevating educational excellence, promoting research that addresses societal needs, and building strong collaborations to empower both the institution and the wider community.
