Demonstration School, University of Phayao Students Visit Mock Court on Rapee Day 2025
On Thursday, August 7, 2025, Demonstration School, University of Phayao, led 57 Grade 9 students to participate in a “Mock Court” study visit in honor of Rapee Day 2025 at Phayao Provincial Court. The event was organized through the collaboration of Phayao Provincial Court, the Office of Rights Protection and Legal Aid and Enforcement of Phayao Province, and other justice-related agencies.
The activity aimed to honor Prince Rabi of Ratchaburi, recognized as the “Father of Thai Law,” and to enhance students’ understanding of legal principles through experiential learning. Students took part in role-playing activities simulating real court proceedings, allowing them to gain first-hand insight into the judicial process in a meaningful and engaging way.
Mr. Kriangsak Pansila, Chief Judge of Phayao Provincial Court, graciously welcomed the teachers and students, expressing his appreciation for the students’ interest in law and the justice system, which he described as a cornerstone of a democratic society.
This visit was coordinated by Mr. Atthaphon Kanitcharangkool, Deputy Director for Planning, with Mr. Wutthikrai Jaikamfoo and Ms. Kanokphan Phloa-asa serving as supervising teachers throughout the program.
