On July 29, 2025, School of Engineering, University of Phayao, conducted the Internal Quality Assessment at the program level for the Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering programs. The assessment was attended by the program chairs, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Wasana Naku, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, and faculty members from Mechanical Engineering program. The session was held in meeting room EN1104 of the School of Engineering.

      The School was honored to welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattiporn Sam-ang, faculty member from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, as Chair of the Evaluation Committee. Asst. Prof. Dr. Phakkhon Panpho, also from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, served as a qualified committee member.

      The purpose of this assessment was to evaluate the program’s performance in alignment with academic quality assurance standards, and to encourage continuous curriculum development and improvement in terms of content, teaching and learning methods, assessment processes, and overall program management. The ultimate goal is to ensure the production of high-quality graduates who meet the needs of both society and the industrial sector.
