On November 11, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean of the School of Education assigned to Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean, participated in the 12th opening ceremony of the UPILI Knowledge Fair, promoting reading and lifelong learning at G floor, the Innovative Learning Institute Building, University of Phayao which is organized by the Innovative Learning Institute, University of Phayao by Assistant Professor Dr. Namngern Chantaramanee, the Director of the Innovative Learning Institute, was reported on the objectives of the event and Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, the President of the University of Phayao, was the president to opened the ceremony. The UPILI Knowledge Fair is held every year. This is the 12th by the objective was to promote the creation of a learning atmosphere and reading habits for personnel and students, as well as encourage participation in the selection of books and learning resources available at the Library and Learning Center to support teaching, research, and self-development following to the educational philosophy of the University of Phayao, which states that ‘experience creates wisdom’.
