School of Political and Social Sciences, University of Phayao, conducted the internal curriculum quality assessment project for the academic year 2022 at the Faculty of Political Science and Social Sciences meeting room from July 17-18, 2024. The evaluation was honored by the participation of the chairman, committee members, and observers from the University of Phayao as the assessors for this occasion.
School of Political and Social Sciences is one of the faculties that operates its programs in accordance with the curriculum quality assurance standards set by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) and the AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance) Version 4.0 assessment criteria. The faculty offers three undergraduate programs, which are:
1. Bachelor of Political Science
2. Bachelor of Public Administration (Public Innovation Management)
3. Bachelor of Arts (Social Development)
And one graduate program at the master's level, which is Master of Public Administration (Public Policy)
The internal curriculum quality assessment project for the academic year 2023 was organized to evaluate the curriculum quality of all programs within the faculty according to the set standards. The goal is to gather feedback for the development of curricula, improve teaching methods, admission processes, teaching practices, and graduate outcomes. The project also focuses on the design of curricula, defining expected learning outcomes, and identifying ways to achieve these outcomes through teaching strategies, evaluation methods, and future quality assessments.
