From May 6-8, 2024, the School of Political and Social Sciences, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chayanun Maneewan, Deputy Dean for Administration and Organizational Development, along with support staff, carried out a project to establish work culture values and create personnel development plans. This project also included writing R2R institutional research proposals, promoting the creation of operational manuals for support personnel, and visiting the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Center in Chanthaburi Province.
The objectives of these projects were to create a positive organizational culture, develop personnel plans, promote career advancement, enable support personnel to create effective operational manuals, and enhance personnel with knowledge and understanding of writing research proposals. This provided opportunities to exchange research experiences with knowledgeable researcher. Dr. Thararat Malaitao, a lecturer from the School of Education, University of Phayao, as a speaker. Participants also had the opportunity to study learning resources, activities, operations, and career promotion and development of the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Center, focusing on conservation, coastal resource management, and the optimal use of resources.
