On May 24, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean of Planning and Student Quality Development, along with Assistant Professor Namfon Gunma, the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean, Dr. Arpapun Prathumthai, Dr. Narissara Suaklay, the lecturer of Education Program in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Assistant Professor Dr. Watchara Jatuporn, the lecturer of Education Program in Educational Administration, Mr. Wittavas Thiwai, Head of Planning, and Mrs. Chutimadee Chaibao, Educator, conducted the creation of network cooperation in academic services to improve the quality of life of the community and the creation of a network to research and develop educational innovations for local community development project at Phunang meeting room, Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with 80 teachers, educational supervisors, and educational personnel in educational institutions under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 participated. This project was organized to promote research knowledge to develop the quality of learning management and teaching innovations to students, teachers, and educational personnel at the basic education level to use it as a guideline to raise and promote the potential of students in educational institutions.
