On October 17, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Assistant Dean, Mr. Eakaphon Phothichan, Computer Technical Officer, and Mr. Thanaphon Chuamuangphan, Educator who work as Student Loan Fund Practitioner, School of Education participate in the Student Loan Fund student orientation project, the academic year 2023 by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao was opening the project, along with Associate Professor Dr. Direk Teeraputon, Vice president for University Communications, Dr. Wuttichai Chairincome, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Jaruwan Poshyananda, Assistant to the President at Phukamyao 1 (PKY 1), the old shared classroom building of the University of Phayao. This project was honored by Mr. Chainarong Katchapanan, Manager of the Student Loan Fund, who gave a lecture to provide knowledge about building awareness of repayment when the student loan period has expired. The objective of this project is for students who borrow money from the Fund and are graduating in the academic year 2023 to gain knowledge and have a correct understanding of the criteria for repayment, and to be aware of the responsibility and pride of being a student at the University of Phayao, and prepare to make a financial plan after graduation to repay debt to the fund in order to pass on educational opportunities to younger students of the University of Phayao in the future.

2. Mr. Eakaphon Phothichan, Computer Technical Officer received the award for
“Excellent Student Loan Fund Worker, University of Phayao”
3. Mr. Thanaphon Chuamuangphan, Educator received the award for “Excellent Student Loan Fund Worker, University of Phayao”
4. Mr. Chaimongkol Somnuek, a senior student in the Bachelor of Education Program in Education and Bachelor of Arts Program in Thai received the award for “Student Loan Fund Student who received the highest grade point average (GPA 4.00)”
5. Miss Niratchaporn Kulnuea, a student in the Bachelor of Education Program in Education and Bachelor of Arts program in English received the award for “Student Loan Fund students who received the highest grade point average (GPA 3.98)”
