SEEN, University of Phayao signs the MOU to receive financial support for social innovation development
On Monday, May 8, 2023, Lecturers and researchers from School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao (SEEN) led by Associate Professor Dr. Toppong Kritachart, Dean signed a MOU to receive financial support for social innovation development under the project "Increasing the efficiency of dehumidification of Phayao organic rice in granola products with infrared radiation drying system combined with intelligent temperature control system in accordance with the community-driven approach with BCG Economic Model". This project was done in collaboration with Bioblack Community Enterprise Group Phra That Khing Kang Subdistrict, Jun District, Phayao Province to promote the application of technology and innovation. In the process of processing organic rice granola, it adds value to local rice, enhances the processing by emphasizing on management and use of technology in accordance with Thailand 4.0 policy, and also in line with the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) strategy.
