On 18 September 2026, the University of Phayao held a strategic workshop to review the University of Phayao’s 5-Year Strategic Plan (Fiscal Years 2026–2030). The meeting was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpho, President of the University of Phayao, at the Chuchat Keetapang Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of the President Building, University of Phayao.
The workshop was organized to review and refine the University’s development framework in response to changes in society, the economy, and the national higher education landscape. The meeting also aimed to ensure alignment between the University’s strategic direction and its operational plans, enabling the effective and tangible implementation of the University’s missions and strategic objectives.
During the workshop, participants discussed and presented the Super Key Performance Indicators (Super KPIs) for Fiscal Year 2027, which will serve as key mechanisms for monitoring and driving the University’s performance toward the targets outlined in its strategic plan.
