On Friday, September 18, 2026, Ms. Thitiporn Maneejansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division, University of Phayao, together with Mr. Udomchai Yawan, Head of General Administration, and Ms. Ampika Amphut, Head of Strategic Planning, participated in the “Three-Generation Health Fair: Connecting Mae Sai Community.” The event was held under the University of Phayao’s UP Flagship: Societal Well-being and the Samritthisuk Wellness Hospitality program at Samritthisuk Wellness Center, Mae Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpho, President of the University of Phayao, with university executives, staff, students, partner organizations, and members of the local community in attendance.
The event marked the closing activity of the annual program and provided an opportunity to showcase and share knowledge and outcomes from 15 integrated projects implemented throughout fiscal year 2026 to promote health and well-being in Mae Sai Subdistrict. The initiatives covered health promotion, disease prevention, elderly and disability care, holistic health, as well as community-oriented spaces and innovations. The event featured exhibitions and a Show & Share session, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange among the University of Phayao, local authorities, health service providers, community members, and other partners.
The participation of the Planning Division reflects its commitment to supporting the University of Phayao’s strategic direction and translating the University’s academic knowledge and expertise into tangible benefits for society. The event also provided an important platform for learning from community-based initiatives and strengthening collaboration among multidisciplinary partners, in alignment with the UP Flagship: Societal Well-being and the Samritthisuk Wellness Hospitality program, which aim to promote sustainable well-being and improve the quality of life of people across generations.
