The Garden and Landscape Section of the Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, has planted 19 cassia trees (ton kanlapapruek) along the roadside in front of the university. This aims to increase green space and enhance the landscape at the university's entrance, making it beautiful, shaded, and orderly.
For this project, the area was prepared and the cassia trees were planted along the roadside, with ongoing care and maintenance to ensure the trees grow to their full potential. Cassia is a perennial tree known for its distinctive pink blossoms, which, when in bloom, will add color to the front area of the university. Once fully grown, the trees will also provide shade and enhance the natural atmosphere of the area.
In addition, planting trees in this area helps balance the green space and supports ease of movement for students, staff, and visitors, while contributing to the ongoing upkeep and orderliness of the areas surrounding the university.
This planting of cassia trees reflects the commitment of the Division of Building and Facilities to maintaining the university's grounds, creating an environment that is orderly, beautiful, and environmentally friendly, and supporting a campus atmosphere conducive to learning, working, and daily life for the university community.
