On September 8, 2026, the University of Phayao (UP) strengthened its culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through “Show & Share UP KM 2026,” bringing together more than 300 university administrators, staff, students and representatives from various units to exchange knowledge, experiences and best practices that can be applied to organizational development.
The event was officially opened by Associate Professor Supakorn Pongbangpho, Ph.D.President, University of Phayao, who also presented certificates to award recipients. Held at Phaya Ngam Muang Auditorium, the event provided a platform for staff to showcase successful practices, learn from one another and build networks across university units.
Professor Samur Thanoi, Ph.D. Vice President for Research and Innovation, presented the direction of Show & Share UP KM 2026 and announced awards recognizing initiatives that promote staff well-being, including BMI Challenge 2026, Happy Workplace and Spatial Skills. These initiatives encourage staff to take an active role in improving their health, developing professional capabilities and fostering positive relationships across the university community.
A key highlight was the launch of the “Good Health Well-being” application, a digital tool designed to support systematic health and well-being management among university staff. The application will integrate digital technology into staff health promotion and quality-of-life development, with access scheduled to open to UP staff in October 2026.
Through Show & Share UP KM 2026, the University of Phayao aims to turn knowledge and real-world experience into practical improvements, strengthen collaboration across departments and empower its people to continuously develop their skills. The initiative reflects UP’s commitment to building a strong learning organization that creates lasting value and contributes to the well-being and sustainable development of communities and society.
