Cap and Pin Ceremony

On August 29, 2026, Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, University of Phayao, presided over the Nursing Cap and Pin Ceremony for the 2026 academic year. Organized by the School of Nursing, the ceremony was held at Room UB 003, 99th Anniversary Building of Phra Ubali Khunupamachan. Assistant Professor Dr. Dao Wiangkham, Dean of the School of Nursing, delivered the opening report.

The ceremony included the presentation of nursing caps and year pins to third-year nursing students. The event marked an important stage in their studies as they begin more hands-on nursing training and prepare for their future careers. Faculty members, staff, students, and parents also attended the ceremony to support the students.

The ceremony aims to build students’ pride in the nursing profession while encouraging them to value responsibility, discipline, ethics, and professional conduct. These qualities are essential for providing good care and support to patients and the wider community.

The School of Nursing, University of Phayao, has been providing nursing education for 20 years and will enter its 21st year on September 15, 2026.
