The School of Business and Communication Arts, through its Professional Experience Training Center, organized the “BCA Business Ready: Empowering Students for the Business World” project on 15 August 2026 at Room UB 004, 99th Anniversary Building, Phra Ubalikunupamachan. The project aimed to prepare students and develop essential skills before entering the labour market, while enabling them to effectively apply their knowledge and experience to professional training and their future careers.
The project focused on developing students’ skills in job applications, personal capability presentation, and preparation for entering the workplace. Ms. Hasna Saengnet, AOC SME (POC TH Country) from TikTok Shop Thailand, was invited as a guest speaker to share insights and practical experience on proactive resume writing, presenting professional experience and competencies, and strategies for highlighting applicants’ strengths in line with recruitment practices in the digital era.
In the afternoon, Kamolpong Rattanasanguanwong, Deputy Dean for Student Experience and Quality Development, School of Business and Communication Arts, delivered a session entitled “Preparing Fourth-Year Students for Professional Training.” The session emphasized key aspects of preparation for professional experience training, including adapting to the workplace environment, discipline, responsibility, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as appropriate conduct in professional settings.
Through the project, students had the opportunity to gain practical guidance on preparing for job applications and transitioning into the world of work. They also gained perspectives and experiences from the speakers that can be applied to their personal and professional development. Throughout the event, students actively participated in the activities through attentive listening, exchanging views, and raising questions concerning preparation for their future careers.
The “BCA Business Ready: Empowering Students for the Business World” project forms part of the School of Business and Communication Arts’ efforts to enhance and develop students’ potential by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and essential attributes required for the workplace. The project also supports students in adapting effectively to the evolving organisational environment and modern labour market, while contributing to the School’s vision of producing quality graduates who are well prepared to enter the business world in a tangible and sustainable manner.
