School of Engineering University of Phayao, proudly congratulates Mr. Posatorn Chaluay, a fourth-year Electrical Engineering student, on being selected as one of the top 25 participants from more than 540 applicants nationwide in the national pitching competition of the 4th Experiential Learning Program (ELP).
As part of the program, he will participate in an international innovation and entrepreneurship development initiative in collaboration with Musashino University, Japan, and Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom.
Mr. Posatorn presented ezyHVAC, a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for Cooling Load Calculation developed from mechanical engineering expertise. Designed to simplify HVAC system design, the platform enables engineers to perform cooling load calculations more efficiently through an intuitive, accessible, and cross-platform interface.
The project was developed under the academic supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Nopparat Katkhaw, an expert in air-conditioning systems.
The 4th Experiential Learning Program (ELP), organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), aims to foster university entrepreneurs by empowering students to transform knowledge, technology, and innovation into commercially viable products and services.
This achievement reflects the capability of University of Phayao engineering students to integrate engineering knowledge, innovation, and entrepreneurship in developing practical solutions while strengthening their competitiveness on the global stage.
