On 29 April 2026, the School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA), University of Phayao,was represented by Ms. Nawaporn Ketsuwan, a lecturer in the Bachelor of Communication Arts Program in Communication Management, who presented research at the 16th National PIM Conference held at Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Nonthaburi.
Her research on community brand communication, “Isan-Lanna Brand Communication through Online Media: A Case Study of Ban Mai Ratsadon Bamrung Weaving Community Enterprise, Phayao,” highlights the role of digital communication in enhancing brand identity and adding value to local products. This project is part of the “1 Faculty 1 SDG” initiative, contributing to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
In addition, she presented another study on curriculum development curriculum for the Bachelor of Communication Arts (Communication Management), focusing on expectations and competencies in the AI era, emphasizing 4C skills—Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration—along with preparing “Gen AI” learners through active learning and AIintegrated education.
These contributions reflect BCA’s commitment to advancing community impact and futureready education
