School of Engineering, University of Phayao, through the Student Affairs Division, in collaboration with the Engineering Student Club, Engineering Music Club, and Engineering Photo Up, organized the project to present the “ENGINEERING WORKSHOP XVII” operational shirts to first-year engineering students on 10 January 2025. The ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Natthithanon Phongphanich, Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Industrial Cooperation Development, and was honored by the presence of Dr. Anuchit Phumiphan, Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering. The activity took place at Room UB001, 99th Anniversary Phra Ubali Kunupamachan Building, University of Phayao.
The project was organized with the objective of reflecting the distinctive identity of the School of Engineering and promoting the principles of equality and equity among students. The operational shirt serves as a symbolic uniform representing unity and cohesion within the engineering community. Wearing the operational shirt not only reinforces the image of experiential and practice-based learning but also enhances students’ sense of pride in being members of the School of Engineering. Furthermore, it contributes to fostering a sense of belonging, mutual commitment, and awareness of professional roles and ethical responsibilities, thereby cultivating the mindset and professional identity of future engineers in a tangible and meaningful manner.
