School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, Organizes “AHS Fun Fair 2025: Ghost Fair on the Hill”

School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, through the Division of Student Quality Development and Special Affairs, in collaboration with the Student Union of the School of Allied Health Sciences, organized the project **“AHS Fun Fair 2025: Ghost Fair on the Hill” for the Academic Year 2025. The event was held on 14 January 2026 at the parking area of the 99th Anniversary Building of Phra Ubali Khunupamachan (Puang Dhammapanyo), University of Phayao. 

The project was designed to promote and cultivate entrepreneurial competencies among undergraduate students, enabling them to explore opportunities for self-driven business initiatives while fostering awareness of the value of becoming new-generation entrepreneurs through innovative ideas. Emphasis was placed on experiential learning, allowing students to translate conceptual thinking into practical implementation within an engaging and supportive environment. 

In addition, the event provided an inclusive platform for students from various clubs within the School, as well as students across the University of Phayao, to showcase their diverse talents and creative abilities. Performances and activities highlighted skills in music, performing arts, and cultural expressions rooted in local wisdom, thereby enriching the learning experience and strengthening the integration of cultural identity within contemporary student life. 

Asst. Prof. Dr. Puttipong  Poncumhak,  Dean for School of Allied Health Sciences, stated that 

“AHS Fun Fair serves as a dynamic learning platform that integrates life skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and teamwork. Through hands-on experience, students are encouraged to experiment, create, and learn from real-world contexts—an essential foundation for developing well-rounded graduates who are prepared to adapt to the evolving demands of society and the future workforce.” 

The AHS Fun Fair 2025 project represents a significant mechanism for holistic student development, effectively combining academic enrichment with extracurricular engagement. The initiative reflects the School of Allied Health Sciences’ firm commitment to nurturing graduates who are creative, socially responsible, and well equipped to contribute meaningfully to society, while confidently navigating the challenges of a rapidly changing world in a sustainable and resilient manner.
