On Sunday, November 30, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean of the School of Education, assigned to Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Ajarn Metika Lertpattama, Assistant Dean, along with Mr. Khomthit Chantama, the Educator, and the representative from the School of Education, participated in the 20th General Meeting of the Blackboard Relations Project with 9 partner institutions, namely: the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, the Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University, the Faculty of Education, Thaksin University, the Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University, the Faculty of Education, Ubon Ratchathani University, the Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University; and the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University (host), at Seminar Room 1, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Education, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok Province. It was honored by Professor Dr. Pakorn Prachanban, the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Naresuan University, who presided over the opening ceremony. The meeting was convened to review the performance of the Blackboard Relations Project over the past year, to gather recommendations for improving the effectiveness of its operational plans, and to determine the direction and guidelines for organizing the 20th edition of the project. These efforts aim to align the activities with the mission of the School of Education, University of Phayao, in the development of student teachers.
The Blackboard Relations Project serves as an important platform aimed at fostering collaborative networks among students in teacher education and education-related disciplines from institutions nationwide. It emphasizes the exchange of learning in professional teaching attitudes, academic skills, relationship-building activities, and experiential learning beyond the classroom. These initiatives are designed to enhance the potential and desirable attributes of future teachers, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4: Quality Education, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
