Associate Professor Dr. Sitthisak Pinmongkhonkul, Dean of the School of Science, participated in the 6th Meeting of the Council of Deans of Faculties of Science in the Thao-ngam Science Talent Network (6/2025), held on 10 December 2025. The meeting was hosted by the Faculty of Science, Burapha University, at Zand Morada Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province.
The meeting was attended by deans from six universities and seven institutions within the the Thao-ngam Science Talent Network, as follows:
1. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dr.Thanuttkhul Mongkolaussavarat, President of the Science Society of Thailand Under the Patronage of His Majesty the King, Advisor to the Council of Deans.
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uthai Wichai, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Naresuan University, and Chair of the Council of Deans.
3. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usavadee Tuntiwaranuruk, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Burapha University.
4. Prof. Dr. Parin Chaivisuthangkura, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Science, Srinakharinwirot University.
5. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitthisak Pinmongkhonkul, Dean of the Faculty of Science, University of Phayao.
6. Asst. Prof. Dr. Noppamas Pukkhem, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Digital Innovation, Thaksin University.
7. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sunan Saikrasun, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Mahasarakham University.
8. Dr. Lanchakorn Satsanguan, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Liberal Arts, Burapha University, Chanthaburi Campus.
The meeting aimed to discuss the implementation of activities under the academic collaboration MOU among the Faculties of Science in the Thao-ngam Science Talent Network. In addition, the Council recognized the importance of academic staff who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the integration of teaching and research (evidence-based integrated scholarship) and academic services. The meeting also emphasized the promotion, support, and development of academic staff whose contributions and distinguished performance have been widely recognized both within and outside their universities.
