The School of Liberal Arts Student Affairs Unit, University of Phayao, organized the Student Leadership Development Program from May 15β16, 2025, at Room CE 07214, General Education Building. The program aimed to deepen studentsβ understanding of their roles and responsibilities as leaders, while fostering the development of visionary, capable, and effective leadership that can drive student organizations toward success.
The training was conducted in a hands-on workshop format under the theme:
βLead Authentically... in the Liberal Arts Leadership Style (PDCA Model)β, emphasizing practical project planning and execution. The program also served as preparation for student leaders responsible for organizing the facultyβs freshman orientation activities in the upcoming 2025 academic year.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Nattaworn Wongjittratorn, Deputy Dean for Student Quality. In addition, the program welcomed a distinguished guest speaker β the Director of the Division of Student Quality Development and Services for Students with Disabilities, who delivered a talk on βThe Roles and Responsibilities of Effective Leaders and Followersβ and shared valuable personal insights and leadership experiences with participants.
This initiative reflects the facultyβs continued dedication to nurturing student leadership that is grounded, progressive, and aligned with the core values of the School of Liberal Arts.
